Hence why I said It wouldn't fix everything but it would def stop people from just buying and leaving it there, give them some sort of incentive to do 'something' with it all as there is literally 0 reason to do Anything at all currently.
It helps push people a little bit into actually making something as in a lot of cases, people simply don't do cause they don't start.



Honestly yeah I wouldn't mind so much if people did some nice designs, I'm sure the same goes for many others but so many of them are just.. void. Like I understand FC ones being void and people using it for subs, but the player ones don't make sense.

I do have a solo FC but unlike the empty ones, mine is nicely decorated and my alts share it, I can post some pictures if you wish to see them. The garden look really pretty and is nearly as well decorated as my personal homes since I need gil to buy the more expensive furnishings to upgrade and have them ready for hopefully yards also getting a limit increase in 7.2 or 7.3.
