Limit Housing to help solve some potential issues?

Yeah that sucks, but im sure many of those stopped playing by now... the wards feel so empty, there always used to be some ppl but nowadays, even large FCs dont have ppl being there..

So many houses now went to bots or one man FCs... i got several barren houses next to mine, you just know there are bots, there are 0 items placed... and no ppl around EVER.

Yeah, it was dumb to allow the ownership of up to 8 FC plots per world, it should have been the same limit as personal housing. This would get rid of many of those barren wards and allow more people to move in. I'm fortunate that my neighbors around my homes in Exodus and Seraph are decorated and I see them often too, that was something I was dreading when Seraph went live two years ago almost but thankfully my neighbors decorated their homes. I also invite my friends often to hangout with me at my homes so that they actually get used more than just looking pretty and such. For the FC's that have multiple people, then they would be forced to transfer ownership to someone else and if that other person already owns their own FC and personal plot, then it gets auto demolished.

Yes, but the result would be ppl grabbing the cheapest stuff from NPC/MB and just cram it somewhere to fulfill that criteria...

IF at least the garden were pretty but some barely put in the teleport and mailbox....

Maybe add a feature for a set amount of gil to auto decorate their yards for the people that don't decorate or are not good at it. Have tiers maybe, so say one cost 100k gil, it puts out some basic things and such that looks nice and the more expensive tiers could have more expensive and unique furnishings.
