Now they just need to make the people that own multiple plots to surrender them to make it even with everyone, no grandfathered nonsense.

Also add a chest similar to the FC chest with the same amount of space to have your alts share things.

Yeah that sucks, but im sure many of those stopped playing by now... the wards feel so empty, there always used to be some ppl but nowadays, even large FCs dont have ppl being there..

So many houses now went to bots or one man FCs... i got several barren houses next to mine, you just know there are bots, there are 0 items placed... and no ppl around EVER.

Yes, but the result would be ppl grabbing the cheapest stuff from NPC/MB and just cram it somewhere to fulfill that criteria...

IF at least the garden were pretty but some barely put in the teleport and mailbox....
