unable to update [11006][20641][20643]

Last night, I had to completely wipe my PC and reinstall Windows 10. It's up and running and I downloaded the game and every single time it starts making progress on downloading the update it pops up these 3 errors saying it is unable to update: [11006][20641][20643]

I really want to get back into the game asap so any help would be appreciated.

edit: Okay managed to get patched finally. For those who run into what I did, pay attention to the file size every time it has to start over. For me, file size kept going down until finally it finished.
