Mogtalk + Echo RWF

I've been watching the RWF that is been hosted by Echo with Mogtalk and is honestly very well done, entertaining and ofc without any form of help or support not even a small sponsor from CBU3 or SE. Is so bad that CBU3 and SE doesn't do an official RWF they expressed their concerns of how they can achieve it but they just overthink it way way too much (like pretty much everything they do) and instead they prefer to do a PVP tournament like LMAO from all the things in this game they wanna host and put their budget into PVP one of the things this game doesn't shine at all (and that is full of cheaters and mods same or more than PvE) and dont get me wrong CC is fun but is like not anywhere near as good as the PvE content where FFXIV really really shines.

Ofc PvE had controversy around modding and cheating during ultimate but im sure they can find a way to regulate it at least for the first week or second week if they can actually put effort and thinking into it.

Anyways even tho they opened the door to maybe do a RWF in the future they should learn (once again) from the community that is the one that keeps the game somewhat entertaining when the game is lacking of events, content and overall lacking of everything between patches.

Regardless if you raid or not, the Echo and Mogtalk collab is fun to watch good commentaries and host, like a proper eSports event with 15k ppl watching good PR for the game. Hope SE taking notes but doubt so.

This is the reason it will never happen - cheaters killed any chance of them doing an official event.

If they could implement something to stop it, they would've done so by now.

They have sponsors paying them for this. Also, it’s publicity for them, they get money from viewers.

It's a great event and I've loved watching it so far, but... There's still a challenge for it being officially done by SE themselves and it being a community event.. Between cheating, which is a big problem and a hot topic, and it always will be Not all 'cheats' are visible to viewers, this occurs all the time across game streaming. Then there's the simple fact that it isn't exactly a secret that some groups and people are not exactly big on the whole streaming aspect despite actually doing RWF. Should they recognize these groups?
