I like the updates to Hall of the Novice but I have a few gripes with it.


1. Why is it unlocked at level 49 and is it not automatically unlocked?
2. Why isn't it mandatory for MSQ progression?

It's unlocked at 49 because that's when the AOE markers first appear?
