Competence Check for Group Content

I like the updates to Hall of the Novice but I have a few gripes with it.


1. Why is it unlocked at level 49 and is it not automatically unlocked?
2. Why isn't it mandatory for MSQ progression?


They should add it as an early part of the MSQ, make it a mandatory thing to complete and it should happen BEFORE the quest for Sastasha so new players go in to content with the knowledge.

Hall of the Novice completion should be mandatory.


People who skip should have to do Hall of the Novice before being allowed to queue for group content UNLESS they already have a character at maximum level.


So many times do I see Physick spamming Scholars, Cure bot White Mages or perma GCD shielding Sages in level 100 content.



If you're on a ranged class you should also have a lesson about distance based bait mechanics.
