Oh, I didn't know Hall of the Novice was level 49.
If that's true, it definitely should be changed to before Sastasha, haha.

Before Sastasha is pointless as there are just too few skills... about 30 and 50 should work best. It should be "get your jobcrystal and do this quest!" followed by "Now youre grown up and gotta learn that!"

Its a joke the game tags players as new ALL THE WAY to Solution 9 and further... youre not new after Heavensward, even less Endwalker...
