possible bug?

im trying to do the "believe in your sylph" quest but the "destination area doesnt activate when i click on it?..ive had no problems with my other characters doing it.but ive tried rebooting everything really!.and until i do this quest. [as simple as it is].then i cant progress the storyline further.

We understand the frustration this matter may cause. Based on your information, however this concern may best be handled by a Game Master in-game. You may contact a Game Master using the ‘/supportdesk’ command for further assistance and referring to the ticket number/post you originally created for the issue. Please note that the Game Master support team may be experiencing high contact volume and will handle contacts in the order they are received.
