Maybe it's time to focus on the next MMO and start over.
Wouldn't make sense when it's statistically in its prime and has 10 years worth of content - something many MMORPGs wish they could have when starting. Without that 10 years worth of content, they struggle to get off the ground and compete with the ones that do.

Even some of the much-hyped new MMORPGs fell flat and as much as systems can be blamed, part of it is always going to be that they just don't have 10 years worth of content.

I know some people who invested 10 years into this game think it "has no content", but for a new or returning player that is certainly not the case and if they want to do absolutely everything it will take them a long time. The same can't necessarily be said for any brand new MMORPG.

With that in mind, SE starting from scratch and making a new MMORPG doesn't seem... logical in the slightest.
This one isn't fun anymore and I don't know how we can recover from it.
There are plenty of ways to make it fun without creating a new game. It would be the far smarter option given the above.
