[Suggestion] Have a toggle that prevents muted users from showing up in chat

Currently, when a muted user types in chat you would still see "(This message is from a muted character.)" and it defeats the purpose in a duty like frontline. Your chat becomes wall with that notification like pictured below. This is all from one person. I would at least like to have a way to toggle whether I want to completely hide a user or have that message show.

I would like to get an option if there isn't anyone.
I had the same issue when i was in the same team with somebody i was forced to mute because that person was rather rude.Instead i got that text that the muted was trying to talk all the time.. which isn't helping.

Must admit, I mute everyone that uses the little sound effects, in PvP. (Maybe they implemented an option since then, but a few months back, there wasn’t an option to just disable those sounds, in PvP (only), so… Instead, muting people does the trick. I don’t personally see the need to not even display that they talked, since people might answer them and it would make it hard, for me, to follow the conversation, but if it’s easier for some to enjoy the game that way, sounds like a nice option to have.
