    It's interesting that the colors seem to correspond to what chat it is because from there it looks like say, party, and linkshell

    Hopefully it doesn't take too much longer and it's kind of surprising that it's taken as long as it has. When it was announced I had assumed it'd release with Dawntrail

    The fact that these people are against exploration secrets and things you can find in the world tells me everything I need to know. Stop being boring

    I think secrets you can find in the world would spruce up the world. Like finding lore related relics, that lead a bread crumb trail to drop items from hunts or rare mobs. Or normal mobs. Maybe you find clues from mining and botany too or area related dungeons. Could even make it a part of an end glam reward, mount reward or relic weapon quest. Low drop % could become a community wide treasure hunt / theorycraft.
    i mean they are not wrong many of the points are personal stuff I liked to have and maybe some others do thats why i bring it up and try it with sharing. It might not be QOL then i dont know in my opinion it would count to it thats why i opened this topic. I am in for a dialoge of whats possible and whats not or even why its not. Like the thing with the story skips. Many argue like they want the money fine here you are split the cost on the other skips problem solved. If people just jump in and think this is not realistic and just my opinion its fine but i actually wanna now why its not realistic

    But i have to agree 100% with you and the post in general.

    - Increase the price of class skips in the Mog Station by $1 and remove story skips entirely. Instead, allow players to skip the story only if the account has already completed it. - No, because this game still has an absurd cumulative story before you can even start doing relevant and populated content. If they had better support with crunching it, or introduced more early-level content, then maybe.

    - Run larger, long-duration events, maybe with special maps. Reward players with glamour items and mounts instead of simple skip quests. Sure.

    - Reduce the number of shop-exclusive items and add more in-game rewards for activities. Agreed,

    - Introduce secrets in the overworld to encourage exploration. Yes.

    - Add rewards for all classes when running duties, similar to the tank mount reward. These could be class-specific gear, titles, or signature weapons for glamour (not necessarily mounts). I don't know. Generally those rewards are there to act as incentive for those roles.

    - Introduce a Duty Roulette level setting to avoid getting low-level dungeons like Sastasha when leveling at higher levels (e.g., level 96).

    - Allow lower-level dungeons to scale up to your current level during the leveling process and create a roulette for it. You could also feature one expansion per week with increased EXP rates. I would much rather they scale this into high-end duties, e.g., expanding unreal to include older savages, and need to appear with greater frequency

    - Remove Ifrit, Titan, and Garuda from the leveling roulette. and put them where?

    - Finally add hats for Viera and Hrothgar. Needless to say.

    - Create a "Collector’s Log" for special items, such as collecting all gear from Dungeon X. A potential reward could be unlocking that dungeon’s gear for all classes, either via company vendors or a new vendor with its own currency. I wish!!

    - Add more unlockable character customizations (new faces, horns, ears, tattoos, etc.). This would be amazing.

    - Include longer hairstyles. Yes please.

    - Unlockable crafting recipes from side quests (not just blue quests), possibly for glamour items. I think maybe through completing certain recipes, e.g., how master books used to function in ARR, and early on in HW if memory serves correct.

    - Offer different dungeon difficulties and reward players with extras, like a chance for Materia drops from monsters. Honestly, materia is plentiful, but I do agree with the premise. But materia as a reward is underwhelming.

    - Provide more Party Finder settings, like setting clear minimum or adding a "veteran" status after 10 kills, with a checkbox to set as requirement. Hmmm..?

    - Run events or special tasks (like the PvP-like pass) that allow players to earn very old shop items in-game, like years-old glamour or emotes. Okay. This is good

    - Reward players who tackle high-end content early. I disagree, I think people should be rewarded for completing duties in creative ways, or by doing certain challenges during the duty.

    - Create a special glamour set for the Mentor Roulette that looks like a "master" or similar. Mentor roulette needs removing.

    thanks for the feedback in here i kinda dont understand why people have such a hate against mentors tbh. had never issues with them but fair i guess. to explain some of my points:

    - the story skip is not meant for your first character more like the second one if you truly want one. Thats why i wrote if you already done it. But i guess i am a bit of alone in this department with playing alts for fun.

    - Add rewards for all classes when running duties, similar to the tank mount reward. These could be class-specific gear, titles, or signature weapons for glamour (not necessarily mounts). was meant to say lets encourage players play other roles even just for a little reward. Like encourage play a DPS as heal main or the DPS turns into a healer for a while.

    - Remove Ifrit, Titan, and Garuda from the leveling roulette. i know its part of the leveling story but i dunno its frustrating getting these in lvl roulette and get like 0 exp for them. I dont know where to put them else maybe 1 extra thing but not really that important.

I encountered a lot of grps in pf wishing for a join requirement for some dutys like ex trails after for example 10 kills, so people who just cleared it one time will not join a farm grp ( just like the requirement of duty complete ) where the others maybe killed it 10 times or higher and dont want to wipe on mechanics because someone is maybe not so confidant with some mechs. I know its kinda rude for people who just cleared it but after doing stuff like that since ShB many people had spoken out for something like this. I think this is really anot so easy part i agree.

I was going into the direction of reward people doing the content on release because for now theres no real reason for as maybe just gear. But you are smarter to go in into every fight later for just killing it with better drop rates for mounts or no time gate for gear. Still i think some challenges in this dutys for "special" rewards would be cool aswell.

    No it doesnt miss it. Rouletts miss the point if 4 lv 80-90+ players get into Longstop for the 32142343th time. Just like the "join party in progress" toggle there should be one for "favor high level duties" just so, if not needed you dont get the 44457374357th run of toto rak with all level 60+....

    I didn't see the ask for more long hair styles, I would be 100% for that IF they did something about the infernal clipping.

    Afraid not, roulettes are by definition gambling, sometimes you win, often you lose. Don't wanna lose? Don't gamble. Wanna have limited leveling roulette? Put up a PF for it, simple as that. I don't queue MSQ roulette because the only duty in the set that I remotely like is Ultima Weapon, but when I get an MSQ roulette duty from my Mentor Roulette I take it as a loss and finish the duty. It sucks but that's gambling.

    I'd like it if we could add hairstyles to glamour plates. Some glams I run will clip horribly with a longer hairstyle, so I use a short one, but others would look fantastic with a longer cut. I'd pay a few million gil to unlock that feature.

    Changes I feel are realistic and I have no idea why they aren't already in the game:
    - Glamour plates equal to the amount of combat jobs + five extra
    - Chat bubbles
    - Wearing heels changes your character's height accordingly
    - Two dye channels on all gear it makes sense for
    - Housing decoration mode that lets items be placed anywhere in space (aka no slow and tedious glitching required to float objects and make interesting objects by combining other objects)
    - Minions can be given unique names that other players can see (can turn on and off)
    - Better mount roulette options -- make different categories of favorite mounts, automatically turn off "generic" mount music and only play unique music, things like that.
    - Hats don't hide unique ears and gear doesn't hide tails (or a hide/unhide toggle for such)
    - ALL cutscenes are voice acted (I don't understand how in 2024 we're still missing this)

    Changes that are probably less realistic but I can dream:
    - Better glamour system entirely -- unlock a glamour item once and then have access to it at any time.
    - Better hair and fabric physics -- GW2 is just as old as this game with outdated graphics and yet the fabric and hair move so much better in that game.
    - 6 base faces for every race, with at least one being an older looking face (female characters are currently not allowed to look even remotely middle aged or older, while some male characters can, like Elezen, Hyur, Miqo'te, and Au Ra, but more races should have the option)
    - Different body types within the same race via more sliders. The race I pick should not lock me into to playing one single body type with no variation. I can understand height being race and gender limited to an extent, but there should be way, WAY more sliders. Stuff like thin/fat, flat/busty (the current boob slider is a joke on many races and is the difference of a single cup size--it should go from completely flat to G cup on everyone) broad/narrow shouldered, scrawny/'roid monster. If these are just numbers for body parts scaling stored in a spreadsheet (which it should be as most bodies are just Hyur bodies scaled differently with the heads swapped out to begin with), then the game should not have a problem loading the clothed body it swaps out for each gear piece around it. If the sliders are kept within reason, this shouldn't create any horrific monsters to blight the game, but would add a lot of variety to the world.

    Probably more, that's just all I can think of right now.
