rog ally 720p problem

Hi!
im playing om Rog ally atm.
And for some reason when i change displaysettings to 720p in borderless fullscreen its not scaling down enough.
part of the game is out of window.
gpu drivers is latest, cfg file is set to 1280x720
is there any fix? i dont recall haveing this problem before. noticed it some weeks ago and it drives me crazy.
