Constant crashes on brand new PC

Hello

Yesterday I bought a brand new PC and FFXIV is the only thing I've installed on it so far. However, I keep crashing constantly: sometimes after a couple of seconds after logging in, sometimes after about 5 minutes. Within that span I can crash at absolutely any point, and I haven't been able to play fore more than about 5 minutes so far.

There are two different kinds of errors I get:

An unexpected error has ocurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV.

What Platform are you using? (Steam/Windows/Mac/PS4 etc.)
How often does the issue occur?

Are you running any additional programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?
Does the issue occur with one character or multiple characters?
When the issue happens, is the PC over heating at all?
Does this issue occur if the game is run in full screen mode? Does it happen in borderless or windowed mode?

All steps taken to resolve the issue:

Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.
