KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• South America, North America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and Asia excluding Japan, China, Mongolia, Republic of Korea, Taiwan, Laos, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, the Philippines, Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, Macao, and wherever prohibited by law.

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, at the date and time of entry.


D. Entry Period:
You may enter the Promotion during the following Entry Period (the “Entry Period”):

• From October 15, 2024 at 1:00 a.m. to October 28, 2024 at 7:59 a.m. (PDT)
• From 15 October 2024 at 8:00 to 28 October 2024 at 14:59 (GMT)
• From 15 October 2024 at 19:00 to 29 October 2024 at 1:59 (AEDT)

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

• Capture a screenshot (the “Screenshot”) of your FINAL FANTASY XIV (the “Game”) character inside any of the treasure hunt dungeons using the in-game “Group Pose” feature.
• The Screenshot must use the following Group Pose text stickers:
  • Character Name
  • Display Home World
  • Date/Time
  • Area Name
• Log in to your X account (if necessary, first create a X account for free at X.com).
• Using the provided template, post a reply to the X post announcing the Promotion, that contains each of the following:
  • The Screenshot
  • The hashtag: #FFXIVGoldenSweepstakes
• Visit the Entry Submission Form for your account region via the link located on the bottom of this page to enter.
  Please be sure to fill out all required information. Entries submitted outside of the Submission Form page will not be eligible.
  • Your full in-game character name.
  • Your full in-game Home World name.
  *You can verify your Home World from the Server Status page.
  *Please ensure that the in-game character name and Home World name matches the character shown in the X post.
  
• The full URL link to your X post with the entry screenshot.
  *Please ensure that the post visibility setting is set to public.

Additional entry restrictions and terms:

• You may submit no more than one (1) post per day during the Entry Period. Multiple posts in a single day during the Entry Period (including duplicates, near duplicates, updates, or links) will not be accepted. You will only be eligible for one (1) prize regardless of how many posts you submit.
• If you change your character name and/or Home World before prizes are distributed, your Entry will be void.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select one thousand four hundred (1,400) Square Enix accounts from the Americas as winners, and one thousand four hundred (1,400) European account winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

• Sponsor shall select winners through a random drawing from among all qualifying entries.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive one (1) in-game prize that has some reference to “gold”.

Each prize is a virtual, in-game item with no monetary value. Prizes cannot be sold or transferred.

Sponsor reserves the right to re-distribute any unclaimed prize.

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) on or about January 31, 2025 via the in-game moogle delivery service.

You will not be able to receive the prize if your in-game moogle letter box is full, or the number of attached items has reached their maximum. Please delete old letters, or accept any attached items, to ensure you can receive the rewards smoothly.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix Inc.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.

E. Procedimiento de inscripción y limitaciones: Para participar en la Promoción, usted debe completar los siguientes pasos durante el Período de inscripción:

  • El nombre completo de su Home World en el juego.
    - Puede comprobar su Home World desde la página Server Status.
    - Asegúrese de que el nombre del personaje en el juego y el nombre del Home World coinciden con los del personaje del post en X.
  • El enlace URL completo a su post en X con la captura de pantalla para la inscripción.
    - Asegúrese de que sus posts son visibles públicamente.
  
  Condiciones y restricciones adicionales de la inscripción:
• Puede enviar como máximo un (1) post al día durante el Período de inscripción. No se aceptarán más posts en un mismo día durante el Período de inscripción (incluyendo duplicados, actualizaciones o enlaces). Usted solo puede optar a un (1) premio independientemente del número de posts enviados.
• Si usted cambia el nombre de su personaje y/o Home World antes de que se distribuyan los premios, su inscripción será anulada.

F. Selección de los ganadores: El patrocinador (detallado a continuación) o su designado, seleccionará mil cuatrocientos (1400) uentas de Square Enix de América como ganadoras y mil cuatrocientos (1400) ganadores para las cuentas europeas entre todas las inscripciones utilizando la metodología descrita a continuación:

• El patrocinador seleccionará los ganadores a través de un sorteo al azar de entre todas las inscripciones válidas.
