No, they are not responsible for anything and everything that could interrupt your connection to the service. SE is responsible for keeping their servers running and they've done that.

You are responsible for your connection to the service. SE has no control over how you choose to connect.

Fix your connection problem. Start with your ISP to see if they will route your connection around the trouble node. If they won't do that, you can use a VPN service to reroute it yourself.

Or you can keep complaining in the forums about this and get nowhere because there is nothing wrong with the game servers. This is your problem, not their problem.
If anyones going back to school for critical thinking, it is going to be you.

If it's not SE's problems, then they would not be "Implementing counter measures". If it were my problem, I would be having disconnecting, interuptions, and loss of service on the many other games I play. The fact is, I do not have those issues on any other game. The problem is Square Enixes, not mine. But do go on and defend a billion dollar company that has the resources to fix all the issues you self proclaimed "Experts" seem to know so much about. And when you disagree with me again, feel free to attack my free company and its members like you did last time.
