i kinda feel people who defend this trash are people which are not affected by it tbh. For me i am not really since i reduced my playtime drastically. BUT its not acceptable that it kills peoples playtime and progress. And no YoU aCcEpT tHe ToS is not a valid defence what the hell. if it would be like 1 time a half year yes okay but not for months now. i can open this forum like everyday and i can find the next DDOs problem. I see that you dont want your gem to get negative talk but cmon you cant be that blind to this. It gets religious levels lately holy. Try to talk with your boss if you have a job and tell him that you will delay your work like twice a week and see his response

so since ToS have been mention I will also mention the consumer rights you pay for a services that is not offered and stable the ToS mention some well maintenance and update yes sure DDoS when it barely happen but now it happen so often that the consumers right actually apply here.


Toss isn't a protection against the fact that a law can be broken at this point like someone Dante131said every deep dungeon become a full resest if you you get disconnected in a normal group it isn't to bad but in a solo run it kill to do everything again.

ultimate/savage/extreme or even battle operations of you die you get a penalty in question of exp and mettle and respawning cost you even more and can be a huge progress lost still.


so if you say "you have agreed to ToS" yes I have but people exploit it to get you banned for sometime no reason at all sometime for even trying to give advice so if you think this community is great then please check again honestly because we pay monthly yet so many things is against us DDoS and player base too so if they cannot fix one they need to fix the other point.
