Oh that gives me an idea, a job with a whip. Not 25y range like most, ~15y. Still counts as a PRanged of course.

Would focus on slow 3,5s GCD attacks (whip has elaborate animations of hitting then withdrawing it) coupled with a mode where you engage a long spinning 15y all-AoE range sickle-and-chain temporarily that drops your GCD to 1.5s (but the same attacks happen, hence a huge damage boost!) but during this mode you cannot stop moving and continuously spin with the sickle&chain.
