The FINAL FANTASY XIV AT PAX AUSTRALIA 2024 SWEEPSTAKES/PRIZE DRAW (THE “PROMOTION”) OFFICIAL RULES


KEY RULES


A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:
B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):
  • Australia.

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between 11 October 2024 at 10:00 (AEDT) and 13 October 2024 at 18:00 (AEDT) (the “Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must attend the PAX Australia 2024 event (the “Event”) and complete the following steps (the “Entry Methods”) during the Entry Period:
  • 1. Take a picture at the official FINAL FANTASY XIV PAX Australia 2024 photo area; and
  • 2. Post that picture via X (formerly Twitter) with the following hashtag: #FFXIVPAXAusSweepstakes. (X accounts are available for free).

Recent changes to X may impact Sponsor’s ability to locate all entries submitted via that platform.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select five (5) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:
  • Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall select winner(s) through a random drawing from among all entries.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive one (1) of the following prize(s):

One (1) grand prize winner shall receive:
  • One (1) FINAL FANTASY XIV: Dawntrail Collector’s Box (approximate retail value of $260.00 AUD)

Four (4) runner-up winners shall receive:
  • One (1) digital code for the FINAL FANTASY XIV Online: Complete Edition (approximate retail value of $59.95 AUD)

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about 1 November 2024 via direct message on X.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix Limited.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
