Maybe I'm wrong, but I read that as 1.5 times the number we have now. Meaning twice the current number and then half that again (example: 100+100 = 200 (1x the current number for apts.), add 50 (half of 100), for a total of 250 (1.5x the current number). So we'd get numbers like:
Apartment - 100 currently, 250 after upgrade. No outside slots.
Small - 200 currently, 550 after upgrade. 50 outside slots.
Medium - 300 currently, 750 after upgrade. 75 outside slots.
Large - 400 currently, 1,000 after upgrade. 100 outside slots.
If I'm right, those aren't numbers to sneeze at, at all!
We have a base item limit for each size, that is the "1" aka 100%.
The .5 means an extra half of the base value.
It's a 50% increase, not 150%.
Take the current limits and multiply by 1.5 and you will have the new limits.
