These feel so useless because you can level up every crafter/gatherer very fast even if you are turbo casual. So you get to see bits of a quest you will forget about in a couple of weeks. Amazing content.

Tell me about it, i already have every combat and crafter/gatherer job at 100. Cant wait until they release Beast Tribes and custom deliveries so i can level my jobs faster. Oh wait.

This is a problem FF14 has in general. By the time they release an easier alternative to the grind, its always timegated and way too late.

-Dungeon Gear and Alliance gear? Lets put it like 15 Item level lower than whatever most people have. It will work flawlessly, lets make sure that the dungeon gear is also not dyeable and just a recolor from Heavensward for extra happiness. Oh people gonna love it running it like 25 times a month because Extreme Roulettes are so diverse.
-Beast Tribe for leveling? Lets put it in the game 1 - 1.5 years after the release of an expansion when even little Timmy with 1 hour a day playtime is already on 100 with every job for almost a month.
-Beast Tribes for crafters/gatherers? How about 5-10 months of waiting beforehand, cant go too fast dont wanna remove the joy of leveling via crafting and handing in the same items to an npc.
-Relic weapon? Lets make it so that its 5 item level lower than the tomestone weapon for the entirety of the expansion except the last patch where its 5 IL higher so you must go through all of it.

Properly rewarding time and effort? Pfft, whats that? Lets put Honey B. Lovely as a store mount, put an obviously short hairstyle that we conveniently picked as a winner from 50 long hairstlye from a competition, an orchestrion scroll with a remix of dawntrail battle theme song version 3.2, a pink Llama mount and materia for a savage difficulty content.
Normal mode? Are you serious? Take that weekly drop and sit in Limsa so low level players dont feel alone, or play some mahjong, now with extra voicelines smile.

Huh, I wasn't aware there was a lack for phys ranged... but then I admit I don't look inside of PF very often, since 99% of the time it's just venue spam (yes, even on Maduin, somehow).

My dps as a MCH are somehow worse than before DT. Maybe it's also me don't having a good rotation habit after the little changes. But honestly I feel like that MCH is just again in a very bad spot at the moment, like it also was too weak when Endwalker released. Then they buffed it over the top from patch to patch. And now it's really bad again. Can't say anything about Bard and Dancer.

I have watched a lot of LL over the years some good and some bad but this one was bad and they had no real things to show or get us excited about. I have subbed a lot and almost 15 years in so I know the drill. I feel the past year or so the game has lost a lot of players who I know played like me daily.
The LL had no energy. I feel that Yoshi is choosing to ignore the feedback and is hoping the monster that is chasing you will disappear if you don't turn around. I did not like the cheap pic of the new FFXI raid the day before the LL only to watch and be given same image and then another FFXI character on the main poster it just felt shit as I am sure others tuned in to see because of that.

I have noticed FFXIV has had less and less it feels like forever for LL and any information. I used to play frontlines a lot to pass the time but I can't cope with people not choosing a dance partner or standing round or throwing the match so I do not play that much now.

Frontlines have some incredibly bizarre issues. There's win trading for no real reason, and there are RMT "services" to have premades target a specific individual or team. I don't know how rampant these are, but the fact that they exist at all is confusing.

I wouldn't expect them to do so in a thing that was suppose to build hype. In terms of building hype though I thought this letter was pretty bad. Nothing about the story, basically no info about the ultimate, basically no info about upcoming changes to pve or pvp.

Like a simple trailer video with a less than 30 seconds of content being shown would of had endless discussion to bide people over, but we ended up with a png sideshow of stuff we already knew was coming.

Hmm maybe I'm some of the few who are hype for new savage and ex content. I love challenges and I'm enjoying the savage content. Currently on m3s as a first time savage raider. So I have to say. I'm fine with the content plus they showed the new delivery quest and housing change. Plus this is still only 7.1 you still got like couple months and a year till it's done we move to 8.0 ,also he never gonna call out wuk lamat va better for him to call us out than call out a member of the LGBT and receive hate from Twitter and some ppl from ff14 forum.

i dont get it. Why are we even arguing. Its the job of the company we pay for to deliver this stuff. I know there are some people in here who think no one should raise their voice i guess this specific person know that i talk to her, but in a healthy relationship you should talk. Instead of arguing against somebody you should listen. I cant think of any reason why a big company like SE cant do both contents in the same patch tbh. its 4,5 months patch cycle you really wanna tell me thats not enough to work out something interesting for casuals and raider ? why does always one side have to be preffered. Btw Majong is not that easy in my sight wouldnt call it casual. I think old outdated content is not casual content its outdated. what in kupos name shall a casual do with an old relic? @AyumiCosplayGlam was right time gating is not helpful either. So what now do we argue like children "the others have more then me" or can we talk like adults about problems which really exists ? No interesting events, no long term content, timegateing, zero alt friendliness, achievement points are useless, lack of new glam which actually looks good ( and not like i am in a fetish club ) and if we get content then dont be light hearted like with Eureka orthos. Let me make this clear, yes we had casual stuff in EW a lot of them BUT not real good one. Island Sanctury was fine for people who cared and even there people started to blame people who invest time into it. EO was not a topic after one week. If you tell someone who is frustrated with the game and search for casual content to do, to fck off and do old bs, then you can expact people to be angry. Remember when you been a child and your parents told you to play with your 8 year old toys cause you dont get a PlayStation ? same thing here with the diffrence of beeing able to leave.
