    Good morning! Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Please try the following:
    - Reinstall the drivers for your graphics card and sound drivers (if applicable).
    - Please try adjusting/lowering the resolution.
    - Please try running the game as an administrator.
    - Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.
    - Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
    - Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated.
    - Reinstall game

    It appears that you may be using the Windows cloud program 'OneDrive', please try disabling this program as it may cause interference as it tries to sync your files.

    Thank you for the advice, ive unclocked my GPU and it was slightly better.

    and i think ive found the problem, which was the temp of my GPU.

    the moment it reaches 80 degrees or more. it starts to lag and error occurs.
