Looking for some one to make me a good materia sanguine spectre with a extremely good spell speed materia on it need it for my zodiac weapon quest so I can get started on the anima weapon quest and also some help in get it maxed out and shiny/glowing

I don't think you'll have much luck asking for something "extremely good" from strangers with no promise of compensation.
But aside from that, you don't really need that. The Zodiac & Anima weapons are old, and you will not need their stats because better weapons are really easy to get. The main reason to grind for these relic weapons nowadays is the glamour.

The market board exists.
Also you don't need a Zodiac Zeta weapon to start the Anima Weapon quests, you can just do FATEs in Heavensward areas till you get the drops.
