    They have never and will never refund your money for a DDOS. if they were to refund you for every second you could not log in, i think ud come out with maybe? 3 minutes of total time? because all a DDOS does is kick u off and make u log in, it does notkick you from the game for hours on end, and im afraid if you think being in a que validates you as being denied play time it doesnt. world hop or DC hop.

    What I find very strange is I always get disconnecting symbol only in ARR areas and right after I leave them, I get no bad lag or disconnecting symbols.

    Kinda bad when you are in a fight for 16 mins and you wipe because of this stuff or when you have done POTD and you are on floor 187 and wipe because you dc mid run and a pat Murks you. I really love losing 5 hours over this kind of stuff. People saying this is only “two minutes” are either afk in limsa or don’t do time consuming content. Or the fun run I had in the criterion savage dungeons were you also hope you get a full clean run and then this happens. Also untrue it doesn’t sometimes just kick you as you may recall the entire light datacenter was completely busted after a ddos for over 2 hours were you couldn’t even connect too it.

    I agree with the title. I want a refund for my monthly subscription or more like you should be giving us a free sub because not being able to do Savage reclears properly is unacceptable (ITS WEEKLY LOOT) Not daily (weekly). I had to do my reclears in pf due to the ridiculous DDoS attacks, which SE is doing very minimal to solve, I would of gotten the proper loot if there was no DDoS.

    Support has indicated they do not do refunds or time comp under any circumstances.

    However, as the problem is ongoing (current DDOS on NA Primal as of 9-27-24 7pm PDT), it seems the LEAST they could do is temporarily cancel auto-demolition on housing.

    That's so wild. For the first time, I'm actually not experiencing issues and haven't for several days. But now everyone I know is having problems.
    Are they sure it's even a ddos at this point? Like, it'd happen to everyone if it were, right?

    if its specifically targeted at SE, yes, you would experience it as well.

    if its hitting a node they go through, but not you, and aimed at someone else...then no, you wouldnt experience any issues. like I have only experienced one issue recently with being online, and I am in Canada. so, not entirely sure the attacks are aimed at SE

    What does auto-demolition has anything to do with DDOS attack?
    You only need to get into house with in 45 calendar days, it is not difficult.
