Thread: What can I do solo as my level 50 warrior while waiting for 2.0?

Level gladiator and pugilist to get their skills for your warrior.

Make gil, pimp out your war. Work on other classes. Its a good idea to be flexible. Be sociable you never know what random string of social interactions will land you with a good group of friends. Watch for shouts in uldah for stuff you are interested in doing.

I'm in the same boat as you OP (kinda), so I'll just tell you my plan between now and servers down.

Priority 1: Finishing side quests that will be going away with 2.0 launch.
Priority 2: Explore as much of the old map as possible

That's really all I have planned.. I'm sure I'll toss some work on my DoM or DoW classes that I've been meaning to level for a while, and I *might* work on crafting a tad, but really right now it's all about finishing out the stuff that will be going away for good...

EDIT: I also agree that finishing other classes to finish out your warrior would help, but take this into consideration... If you have every class to 50 when 2.0 hits, what are you gonna use to check out any new low level content they introduce w/o making another character? It's actually one of the reasons that leveling classes isn't really a priority for me right now.. I deliberately have quite a bit of work on most classes for this reason... Just another point of view to consider.

Ouch, I just looked up your lodestone profile. Your WAR isn't fully leveled since you don't have all the skills you'll need for end-game yet. As others have said, you NEED other classes leveled. You might be 50, but you're a gimped 50.

If you plan on tanking, I'd get PLD to 50 also, because there are things you can't tank on WAR that you can on PLD. Since that stuff is in-game now, who knows what 2.0 has in store. I'd also get PUG up there, you need 2nd wind as well as a few other handy skills from that class.
