Kiddo, go touch grass. What part of the explanation about SE having no ability to force NTT to fix their crappy stuff did you not understand? It's not anything SE can directly fix; you have obviously NEVER worked a job where your success depends on an outside vendor, and you are SOL until they get their crap together so you can do your job.
