Every night for the past ~2 weeks at around 10pm PST and every other day before that going back months, the servers have become unplayably laggy and repeatedly kick players off. We have been told all this time it is "DDOS attacks" to blame and that SE is "looking into a solution. Why have they not found one yet? How long can we accept "looking for a solution" on a paid subscription game before refunds are warranted for failure to provide service?

We at least need some sort of update more frequently. Let us know what you are doing to combat this. I also play WOW and ESO and no other online game seems to have this problem. Only SE.

Please do better. Let us know via community outreach that you are at least working on a solution!
