Remove item level sync

I'm also sick of saying to friends and new players "the game will get harder once you get to <insert recent expansion> just stick with it" For them to eventually quit because of how long it takes.

This has been my experience trying to get people into FF14 aswell. It takes ages to get into any actual content unless you REALLY enjoy the story through all the expansions and same talk to X and fetch quests.

Even WoW gives you a boost when u buy an expansion and timewalking exists...
