    (BLM) Blizzard III should recovery 10000 MP

    Blizzard 1 for it confuses me.
    Also, Despair should give Flare Star thing.

    It does. After you get B3 you press Umbral Soul (instant cast) for full MP. Also, if you're out of combat it will freeze the timer until you cast a spell against an enemy.
    You get both spells at 35. It's the leveling up to 35 that sucks.

    I don't have any comment about the Flare Star thing. Not sure what you're talking about (yet).
