    adjustment to vote dismiss

i made the mistake of leaving my worqor zormor party after our tank dc'd and never rejoined to try and rejoin in progress as a replacement tank, but because we vote dismissed, i ended up being considered a leaver and got hit with the 30 minute penalty. now the party needs a replacement tank and a replacement dps. maybe the penalty for leaving should be removed in the case of vote dismissing someone. it already exists in the code. if someone chooses to leave a duty in progress they're slapped with the 30m queue penalty but any subsequent leavers don't get hit with that. why not just make it the same way so people who can multi-role have the option of replacing a high-demand one? seems like it would be better for basically all parties involved.

I forsee this being used maliciously. Vote someone anyone out when you want to leave to avoid being hit with the leave penalty yourself.

Im sure ive left a party after a vote dismiss without a penalty. Are you sure the replacement didnt join just as you were leaving?, ive had that happen...

If the party is missing a member, regardless of why, you won't take a penalty. That said, if the spot fills in the seconds between you choosing to leave and actually being removed, then you're considered a deserter.
