-General talk about Savage tier and DPS checks going forward. if we are gonna have pretty homogenized jobs, we need to have balance for more proper dps checks in the later tiers (they have not had a proper dps check for a tier after the abyssos incident)
-DRK tweaks (please!! ). Can we also get the Crystalline conflict sprinting animation for dark knight as a normal run animation please
-Peak into the Savage 24-man (I think that is coming out within the 7.1 patch cycle?)

With the update on them making changes to the character models on feedback, I'm hoping they return female lalafell's lips to the way it was before the update. The lips are really thin no matter which one you choose. It's all I care about. :P

I'd like to see some kind of continuation of the Arcadion plotline in the off-patches. Just a quest or two to keep the storyline going while we wait for the next tier.

My wishlist for the live letter

- 7.1 to be good overall

Yes. that's it. Not really much of a detailed wish list, which I am sure will just get someone to give a "Why post then?!?!?!" type response. But I am just simply not going to expect anything really specific for the time being. I've grown a mindset due to watching Nintendo Directs all these years to essentially "never expect anything" when it comes to a "What's coming" type presentation, because you'll most likely just end up disappointed when what you want, or in FF14's case as well what you're concerns about current things, are not remotely mentioned, but at the same time become very surprised and actually happy when they are since you have something to look forward to. I use to enjoy what would be in the live letters but currently it's kind of just...pointless. I see lots of people constantly wishing for the same things or voice the same concerns every single Live Letter only to get nothing each time and it currently feels like we've hit Nintendo Direct levels of "hope" where some players only watch now simply to see if they actually do acknowledge something they care about and then complain until the next live letter or until the promised patch releases when they don't hear what they want and rinse and repeat for however many months/years.

My only real "Wish" is for 7.1 as a whole to be good as a whole. So I'm going to expect nothing from this Live Letter for the most part and let the actual 7.1 patch when it's released have Yoshi-P and the devs prove my pessimism wrong.

If I do have to actually wish for something though then I wish they will acknowledge the DDOS situation more because the amount of times it has happened since Dawntrail's launch is ridiculous at this point. Obviously they cannot totally control this issue, but still something more then another copy paste "technical issue sorry" post would be nice to hear from them.

Please add more open-world content. Sorry, I'm using WoW as an example: WoW is fun to play if you only have a few minutes because there are world quests in every zone and all world quests offer reputation that goes towards gear, mounts, glam (transmog), minions, toys and other rewards. They added delves that are soloable, you can do dragonflight races. In FFXIV, for someone that doesn't have time to raid or is limited on time, there's really not a lot to do after completing MSQ. I appreciate the addition of Criterion dungeons but some of the rewards are available on the MB, and it's really not that fun to play alone or incentivized for replaying. Please add open world or more instanced content that is soloable that allows players to work towards rewards like a reputation system and not capped like tribal quests.
