Can’t transfer back to home world

Hello. I transferred to Dynamis-Kraken a few months ago to help friends start their FC up. I still can’t get back to my home world Aether-Midgardsormr and I’ve been having to play alone without my original FC. Why can’t I transfer back and when am I allowed to? Thank you.
