World Transfer Issue

I made a world transfer request and intended to go to Sargatanas but I must have accidently selected Sagittarius. I'm trying to move over to Sargatanas so I can join my friends in game with this character but now it's not letting me retransfer due to the "preferred world" policy thing. Transferring to this world was a complete mistake and now they can't get to me and I can't get to them because of this policy thing. My character is completely isolated and alone on this world now because of it and really, really hoping that some help can be provided for this.

Unfortunately, the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forums. As the account in question is North American in region, we advise to contact the North American Support Center.
