So the meldable, buyable, easy to acquire weapons for people who can't beat Ifrit/Moogle(Or don't want to spend a few runs acquiring drops/totems) /Garuda should be upgradeable as well?

I know what you're doing there, I really do.

But also note, that until they adjust the drop rate on ifrit, moogle and garuda, those 'few runs to acquire drop/totems' isnt something I would personally use as a point to try and dissuade alternative methods for having unique and extrordinary weapons.
