Photosensitivity accessibility feature request

Hello,

I have become photosensitive in the past decade or so and bright flashing lights trigger migraines. I would like to request a photosensitive mode. Up to this point I have turned off other character's ability spell effects, and there are certain cases where if I am to play a specific job I have to turn my own off as well entirely which dulls the enjoyment of playing. This accessibility feature could remove the bright flashing lights in both player, and enemy abilities.

A few examples of abilities that affect me personally the greatest:

Gunbreaker - all cartridge ability uses.
Whitemage - Holy
Ninja - Mudras
Paladin - Holy Circle

These are only the abilities that have most affected me. There are many other character, and enemy abilities that affect me, but in my experience haven't directly caused me the degree of physical pain the above examples have.

Previously in Endwalker you could turn off the glare effect, but since Dawntrail you can only put in Normal or Low, but cannot be in Off anymore. Hope they will fix it, still waiting.
