They need to kill the entire "Limited job" thing imo.
It serves no purpose other than dividing the player-base more than they already are.......

We can say this but it'll never happen, CBU3 likes to make every single job follow a strict rotation with no access to any tools that allow freedom. Blue mage allows freedom you can make your own build you can be a dot mage, a ogcd spam mage or a slowcast mage. They will only allow this if they segregate the job away from the normal jobs, if this happens blue mage will become linear and it will ruin the job.
Or they can give us a limit break that allows invun for the party for any Tank/Healer LB moments and give us spells that allow us to deal with any needed Melee/Ranged TBs. Blue mage literally only needs tools for the healer and tank LB people will figure out how to deal with old content without LBs, hell level 70 raids currently have had no healer runs and a no tank run in the case of UWU. In the case of the role based mechanics just tie it to your aetherrole or make blue mage immune to them whichever lets blue mage do it first.Blue Mages are never getting an LB so every Ultimate other than the Unending Coil of Bahamut will be impossible for them, seeing as that all of the other ones have mandatory Tank Limit Break (UWU, TEA, DSR, TOP), Healer LB (UWU, TOP), Melee LB (UWU, TOP), and Ranged LB (TOP) moments.
I don't look forward to seeing P4(S) get attempted by Blue Mages since Belone is a intrinsically role-based mechanic that instantly kills you if you mess it up.

So which one of those does the most damage, and which two are wrong? Or are they all the exact same potency and therefore balanced enough to be able to be brought into the fold as-is?
You can do a melee red mage or an ice/lightning black mage, you can do a freestyle monk or a songless bard, you can be a Cure 1 white mage or a physical-only paladin, heck you can play any of the jobs in this game wrong. Why does BLU need to be kept safe from possibly making a mistake?
If someone wins an argument, they have learned nothing.
FOR DOCKHAND!
