I dont want to hear of the bandaid, sidetask of reporting them through the report system, that is a temporary option that does not fix the problem in the long term.

Edit: Do note that this problem is most pervasive and accentuated in normal 4 man duties.

Second Edit: To give further context, I just do dungeons and still have this issue. I play with no group chat function, I am not obliged in any form to interact with this community beyond my set limits, and to just be kicked before the last boss is nothing short of discriminatory behavior for not adhering to whatever BS reason the other person had. The current system promotes a toxic behavior that should be addressed.

Ugh, this says a lot without even being in a group with you. A democratic voting system seems to be encouraging toxic behavior. While I understand it's easier when you're in a premade group, that's not always the case. Just because you're a mentor doesn't automatically mean you're skilled, by the way.

Your aggressive attitude towards others who disagree with you makes you come across as someone who was kicked for a reason and is now upset about it. If this happens to you regularly, maybe it's time for some self reflection perhaps you're the problem in this situation.

If you're AFK throughout the dungeon or not fulfilling your role, people will vote to kick you. Turning off the chat isn't a productive solution. I really can't stand people who do that because when I'm trying to explain something and getting no response, only for the person to then fail at the task, it drives me crazy especially when I’ve tried communicating directly and still get ignored. Other people feel the same way too, can you imagine?

If you don't want to interact with the community, then stick to playing with trust. if you're just in it for the mentor mount, let me give you some advice: mentors are supposed to teach. There's no way you can do that without communicating. At this point, maybe you shouldn't even be a mentor at all.
