I dont want to hear of the bandaid, sidetask of reporting them through the report system, that is a temporary option that does not fix the problem in the long term.

Edit: Do note that this problem is most pervasive and accentuated in normal 4 man duties.

Second Edit: To give further context, I just do dungeons and still have this issue. I play with no group chat function, I am not obliged in any form to interact with this community beyond my set limits, and to just be kicked before the last boss is nothing short of discriminatory behavior for not adhering to whatever BS reason the other person had. The current system promotes a toxic behavior that should be addressed.
It's honestly impressive how you're able to shift all the blame onto the system and other players without even a shred of self-reflection. You completely turn off group chat and then seem shocked when people are confused or unsure how to interact with you? Communication is a core part of any multiplayer game, and if you actively choose to ignore it, maybe you're contributing to the issue – but hey, why admit that when it's so much easier to point fingers at the system and those "terrible" players, right?

Sure, getting kicked is frustrating, but have you ever considered that your behavior in the group – or the total lack of interaction – might be contributing to the situation? Of course, it’s way more convenient to call out the "toxic system" instead of reflecting on how you play the game.
