They can’t coerce you to play how they want but if they don’t like the way you are playing they can kick you, square has been very very clear on this

Why are you running with randoms if you feel they are useless?

I can already tell from your posts why you're getting kicked. You've got a very bad attitude and are anti-cooperative when playing with others.

I would recommend making use of Duty Support when you want to run a dungeon. Then you can't be kicked for your behavior.

Oh, their attitude is ABSOLUTELY the reason why they keep getting vote-kicked. I'm sure they keep doing something impractical and instead of just changing what they do, they say the others are at wrong. When you keep getting kicked multiple times, you gotta start asking yourself what it is you're doing wrong.

Yes but they aren’t trying to force them to play their way, they are kicking them because their playstyle don’t align, that person can play their own way with the next group
