Yes but they aren’t trying to force them to play their way, they are kicking them because their playstyle don’t align, that person can play their own way with the next group

I play with no group chat function, I am not obliged in any form to interact with this community beyond my set limits, and to just be kicked before the last boss is nothing short of discriminatory behavior for not adhering to whatever BS reason the other person had. The current system promotes a toxic behavior that should be addressed.

Pretty sure this is the reason. So you don't talk to others if they try to interact with you, maybe ask you something directly.
If I tray to talk to someone in a duty, help them with mechanics or something and they ignore me after I tried it about 5 times polite and nicely I do kick them as well at this point you are just rude and trolling and I do not apricate that, that's the limit I have set.

I don't think in my entire time of playing the game I've seen someone get kicked for any reason other than going AFK or offline.

I've seen entire statics and PFs disband before kicking people, and kicking in Full Party roulettes is unheard of.

I've seen votekicks started when someone wasn't playing optimally. Of all things, last week I saw a votekick because our tank has low level accessories. In an ARR Dungeon. It was entirely inconsequential but the Healer/DPS duo first told the tank off in chat (to the point that I reported them because they called the tank an idiot and such) and attempted to kick. It's extremely rare but it does happen. I can imagine it's more often if the rest of the party is 3 friends.
