I wanna see Meteion again. I remember finishing the Endwalker main scenario and then being surprised that she didn't really appear in the post Endwalker quests. I hope she appears again, it feels like she didn't get enough screentime.

Personally, while I'd pay attention if she actually turned up with a purpose, I'm not interested in her appearing again for raw fanservice, which I kinda feel like is what would happen. Like, there's not really clear statement that she is still alive (the bird in the final cutscene doesn't count), or what she's doing if she is, so the bird appearing again would really just feel like fishing for 'I clapped because I remembered'.
I thought the bird kinda hinted at her still being alive, and it seems that a lot of other characters that are less rememberable or interesting have returned at later points so she could be one of the ones that does, it seems like a lot went into her character design for her to just not turn up again. It's why I was so surprised that she wasn't seen again in Endwalker, after what happened I really thought she would be.
I would have expected her to be one of the people we could talk to in the recent rising event, after the end of the vision. With even the only remaining member of the twelve turning up, it'd have been the perfect place for a little appearance of an inconspicious blue bird, but alas it wasn't.
Whenever I go to Ultima Thule, the music that plays there reminds me of her.
Although I want her to return as well, I want it to be meaningful and not just fanservice. Considering she almost destroyed the universe and killed most life within it, her crimes are arguably the worst in the game and I don't want to see her forgiven for them (although this mainly applies to the meteia as a whole). She did try to kill us along with the other scions while giving some pretty villainous taunts monologues, and general contempt and hatred towards all living things as well. I find her shift from birb to eldritch abomination to be one of the most interesting things about her and I wish it was explored more, and she was introduced earlier. She could have benefited from more buildup. If she returns, I want to see more background information about her as well.
If she does return I'd like to see her try to make amends and come to terms with it, perhaps, or perhaps she's trying to figure out how exactly the Civilizations like Ostrokon Hena and other ones like it died before she even arrived. I guess we'll see.
I suppose a big difference here is that she is a familiar, not a person. She probably didn't really understand what she was doing for the most part, only acting off of the vague instructions given to her by Hermes and being twisted by all the bad mojo she absorbed during her flight across the cosmos.Although I want her to return as well, I want it to be meaningful and not just fanservice. As for her returning... nah, her story is over. She's currently sitting over in Ultima Thule somewhere singing her Song of Hope or whatever to re-establish life across the cosmos, something that's apparently being developed more sometime in DT with another Island Sanctuary-type piece of content. If we do see her again, that'd be the most likely time, but probably only as a cameo after we reach Planet Sanctuary Rank 15 or whatever.

I do hope we see her again. She acknowledged that she searched for something that was on Etheirys the whole time and I find it difficult to believe/accept that she wouldn't have wanted to take a look for herself.
Yeah she's supposed to be flying around singing a song of hope with what is left of her energies as a penance. Though several seasonal events have had nods to her. Even if it's fairly vague like the caravan that has a blue chocobo as part of it that was looking for fresh-faced adventurers to help out in hope they'd bring hope to those they encounter.
"Come with us, Meteion."
