I'm having the same issue - I tried the World Clock thing someone suggested above and that didn't solve anything for me.

Yea the clock thing was to help someone who had a unable to complete version update error, there is no fix for the googletagmanager script error that we can do, its up to SE/google to fix the error on their script.
