    Miqo'te/Hhetsarro in 7.0 final dungeon

I ran through Alexandria and noticed about 4 Seeker Miqo'te NPCs (all unnamed).

I thought Hhetsarro came to Alexandria when the dome dropped. If this all occurred prior then after the storm surge does this mean that Alexandria had Miqo'te- only for them to die off?

When Sphene introduces the races of Alexandria, she calls the Miqo'te Hhetsarro. We have yet to meet a single Hhetsarro in the MSQ whose parents were also Alexandrian.

This seems like a plothole or oversight.

Given how large the current Alexandria is, and how we've only seen part of Solution 9, I would say it's more likely that the NPC's we've met aren't an exhaustive representation of the population of Alexandria.

Though given how many plotholes and oversights exist in Dawntrail, it's possible that I'm being overly generous.

We do know that dwarves/lalafel were around on the Ninth outside of the migrants from the South Sea Isles, thanks to an off-handed line in Living Memory.

And remembering that Alexandria's world is heavily based on FFIX, which has the highest species diversity among friendly NPCs of perhaps the entire series outside of the MMOs, it'd actually feel weird that their world wouldn't have the full racial complement. Not only does all reasonable logic and evidence say they would (the First does, after all, and the First doesn't even have most of its planet), but it'd feel like a betrayal of the game they're referencing.

The only real evidence the OP has to the contrary is that Sphene calls them by their Turalian name, but remember that Sphene knows who she's talking to. Of course she'd use the Turalian name, she's trying to charm Wuk Lamat specifically.

We know from our time in Norvrandt that all shards have their own versions of Source races, so it makes sense that there would be Miqo'te there. Maybe none of them survived the Storm Surge long enough to be stuck in the Everkeep bubble.

I think it's not inconceivable that the all the Seekers might have lived too far away to make it to the shelters in time to escape either the Lindblum attacks or the flood of lightning. Or that with the exceptions of a very few exiles, the Seekers were all part of Lindblum, or some other nation hostile to Alexandria and thus would naturally also not get into Alexandria's shield to survive the flood.

Then again, we haven't seen a single Mamool Ja either in Alexandria or Solution 9 either, and yet from Gulool Ja's existence, we can make a reasonable argument that at least one female Mamool Ja must have existed there, until relatively close to the WoL busting down the door. As others said, we have only explored a really small part of Solution 9 so far... and at a time, when it would only be natural for the citizens to not feel like going out too much, so plenty of chance we might meet some Alexandrian Seekers later in the post-MSQ.

Not necessarily. As I touched on in the other thread, it's possible (even more so than for Zoraal Ja) for Gulool Ja to be some kind of clone or other weird stuff going on. Either it's a dropped plot thread or maybe they'll come back to it in the patches.

I initially thought so too, but then some of the ingame interactions with Zarool made me reconsider and tentatively lean toward the boy being a natural child. But since we have no proof either way, I put the "reasonable argument" in the sentence, rather than treating it as a certainty.
