Character does not appear in lodestone

My character, Pip Armstrong of Primal Hyperion will not appear in the lodestone, whether through a player search or even in the character list while logged in to my account.

-They've had a few home world transfers in the past but this was many years ago.
-I play this character almost daily.
-Curiously, they show up here on the forums without issue and are able to receive Mog Station items.
-I've tried using the lodestone on 3 different browsers, with no differences between attempts.

I normally don't mind not having my character there but I'm bumping into LFG servers requiring you to verify your character via the lodestone (FFXIV Recruiter and such), and obviously I'm unable to do so. I was on phone support with someone from Square for about an hour and all they could tell me in the end was to post my issue on the forums.

It might be worth creating a thread in the "In-Game Bugs" forum, but make sure that you read and follow the post that is in there as there's a template you need to use and if you don't use the template, it'll almost certainly get ignored.

Yeh that's more for in-game bugs, but this is a real problem and if you've had the characters for years and it's not showing up, it's unlikely it'll suddenly start working without some intervention of whoever is administering the automated system.
