    Purify should work on DRK's Salted Earth in PvP



    Purify should work against DRK's Salted Earth. Macros and PvP mods have made frontline unfun to play when there's any sort of premade running around. Its always AST and DRK. Either we need another Purify-like ability that applies specifically to knockbacks/draw ins or Purify gets reworked.

    There's no way that this is intended game design.

    Same with warrior chain. It should prevent pull-in effects, but it doesn't. So you can hit purify early to prevent being CC'd but it won't matter if you get chain pulled by WARs.

    Definitely think that there should be some way to have "Arms Length / Surecast" in PvP. I feel as though it'd still be weighted towards the DRK but such an ability could at least offer counter play. Sure, guard exists but you're slower than a sloth when channeling it and are just gonna get eaten alive by the 10+ people surrounding you.

    Hopefully whenever the PvP changes roll around, DRK gets adjusted entirely. It's simply way too centralizing. A single player with a single ability shouldn't be so influential in games. Once you have a full coordinated team of: DRK, AST, PLD (to use Cover on the DRK), and DRG there genuinely isn't anything that can be done.

    I think the other classes are fine (for now) and just that DRK should be adjusted since it's the main enabler. We'd have to see how things play out with DRK changed but FLs is pretty much a game of "Do you have a DRK?" and if so "Is your DRK better than their DRK?"

    I'd rather see an increase of mobillity tools you can circumvent those types instead of just pushing an "ignore" button. The amount of dark knight pull ins I could immediately dash out of with Picto just feels much more satisfying than "hit purify" but oh prepare for a barrage of silence/stuns 10s later

    exactly this. i started to say at the start of frontline runs "so, do we have drks tonight? or are we gonna lose?" it needs to be fixed. i hate it so much. and when i lose my battle high after carefully building it, to something i cannot mitigate or counter.. its cheap and frankly it just makes me hate FL

    Not defending DRK, but it is intended.
    DRK had it for a while and it was just a nuisance until DRG get their sky shatter LB.
    For 7.1, I probably only expect a change to Sky Shatter or gives other tank an ability to knock back, best scenario, both.
