How to fix the healer problem.

I empathized with the healers for awhile but when healers refuse to heal people and let them die to burns or unavoidable attacks then I can't empathize or care anymore. Healers complain they don'5 have anything to heal and when they do, they cast glare instead. Maybe this is why they made tanks have more mits since healers won't do their job anyway.

When you have literally nothing to do in a fight, it becomes very easy to just stop paying attention to anything in the game.
