Uhh, don’t they? I just started levelling my Paladin past 90 (I did 50-90 with PotD, PvP and Bozja don’t judge me lol) with barely any knowledge of it whatsoever and literally the first thing I noticed was how frequently I kept getting away with not having any mitigations up lol. At first I thought it was either my gear or just the first DT dungeon. I’m at Skynote Cenote now and really can’t say it feels much different. It took me longer to realize Goring Blade still exists as a weird ‘nuke’ thing for Flight or Flight lol (I put it on hotbar 2 so I didn’t see the flashing lights telling me to use it after popping FoF lol the instructions were NOT clear lol) . No amount of ‘damage rotation’ could cover that up lol.
