How to fix the healer problem.

In every mmo including shooters like OW , healer players always complains about everything and how unhappy and miserable they are.

In my case I'm mostly playing SGE at level 100 content and isn't that bad I mean FFXIV have been reusing the same formula and battle design since HS but more simplified.

I mean, if we’re branching out to shooters and other genres, Team Fortress 2’s Medic and engineer players don’t complain about being unengaged from their roles.
And stuff like Super Monday Night Combat had zany supports (healers) that had fun gameplay. I miss playing Leo in that game. I loved my genetically resurrected Leonardo Davinci who got into televised bloodsport and skaterboi lingo.
