i think housing as it us now should stay. only for guilds though since that makes it more likely to have a lively neighborhood.

and then we have instanced housing for players. (tbh i dont really see the point in housing if its instanced though)



one of the biggest mistakes was to not add rents for housing. of course adding it afterwards would lead to an outrage. so thats not a solution.

I wouldn't mind this, although I know some wouldn't like not being able to have wards as an option for personal houses since they actually interact with neighbors (or have friends/FCmates as their neighbors).

I'd be fine with them expanding the amount of FC-only wards, though.

Also, rent seems like something that would only work with a very specific implementation, else it'd just end up making a lot of people mad.
