    You have to pay a fee for every extra character you make (about $3) regardless of your payment plan.

    I'm a Legacy member now. When I tried to make a 2nd character on my server as a mule, it was trying to charge me 300 Crysta.

    "When 2.0 is out" Right now it's still 1.0 it's still under the same billing system right now. Wait till 2.0 it will change, you don't have to pay for an extra Character come 2.0.

    I will like to add that they did add a disclaimer that it is subject to change but as of right now when 2.0 comes out legacy players will not be charged extra for extra characters

    o, i just assumed they said a max of 40 so i assumed max was 40 right now, im most likely never even going to make a second character since one character can do everything. except u know all 3 city states but i dont for see that as a huge factor in lv.ling up a whole new character.
